These 5 lb neoprene dumbbells are a great lightweight option for my home HIIT sessions. The neoprene coating is comfortable and doesn't slip, even during fast-paced moves. The hex head keeps them from rolling away when I set them down. They're smaller than I expected but perfect for shoulder raises and bicep curls. My only gripe is the price—$39.89 for a 5 lb pair feels steep when you can often find similar sets cheaper. Also, the pink won't suit everyone.
